When purchasing a product or having an installation completed by Clearwell you can rest assured that your clients product will be completely supported by our After Sales team.

Our team are on hand for your calls 5 days a week with an After Hours Call Out service available for those with stairlifts. This dedicated service allows your clients to rest assured that should they experience any issues, someone will be on hand to assist them.

With a dedicated team of support staff you and your client can contact us quickly and directly to discuss any issues you may be having, and all Clearwell Care customers are treated as ‘high priority’.

Should we need to order parts for your solution, rest assured that we only use genuine spares direct from manufacturers. This makes sure that all the parts we install are of the best quality.
